Our Vision for Capacity Building

We envision a future where communities across the country have access to locally-rooted facilitators who can design and lead high-quality participatory processes. This means:

Training and supporting others to develop facilitation excellence
Sharing tools, methods, and lessons learned from decades of practice
Creating pathways for practitioners at all levels to deepen their skills
Building a community of practice where facilitators learn from and support each other
